Truth. Don’t get discouraged because permanent changes take a lot of time to establish and become visible. Trust me, giving up is the worst thing you can do. 

Worst case scenario is that you don’t see any outward changes at all. Do you know you are still maintaining a healthy heart by exercising? There are still changes not visible to us that improve our quality of life when exercising regularly. DON’T give up. The outward changes are of course what we all want to see, but don’t forget about the inward ones. Those are the ones can improve your quality of life.
